Bonnie Scotland
This is somewhat of a full lap for hopkins81 as Clara’s last birthday was the first set of pictures I put on here. Scotland was a fantastic weekend, I didn’t really think there were going to be that many great photos but how wrong I was! Neal appears to have taken over from Gomez as being the most photographed man, but with such beautiful eyes who can blame us. But even he would have to agree that Clara was the bell of the ball, and didn’t look a day over 23 and 11/12.
Edinburgh was not a bad wee city but it did seem everywhere you went there was a distinct smell of beef flavoured crisps which I found quite unpalatable. I was told it had something to do with the local breweries but I’m sure it was more to do with free flying Scotsmen in their kilts. It might come as something as a surprise but we did manage to do something over the course of the weekend that did not involve drinking.
There were many ghost tours set up across the city and we tried to latch onto one. It was quite interesting but we decided it would probably last longer if we actually paid. So we handed over our dosh to an blonde haired American with an intermittent Scottish accent. She was quite entertaining and took us deep into Edinburgh’s underbelly of caverns and homes of the dammed. The highlight had to be huddling into a haunted cave in complete darkness listening to stories of pain and misery only to be interrupted by an ear-piercing scream by Mr Kelly. It went down like a leapfrog in a mosque and Mr Kelly was promptly ejected off the tour. Good work fella!
There were many other memorable events that took place but I will leave them for you lot to discuss in the comments (wishful thinking methinks)! Here’s some photos that might help to jog your memory!

Your skills as a photographer continue to improve with every new batch! Pretty darn good! Those old ghosts are really camera shy aren’t they?
