Congratulations to the happy couple, it was a fantastic day. Everything went off without a hitch, well except for one obviously. The food and (free) drink was top drawer and the venue was perfect. Even the Gods blessed us with some scorching sunshine with today’s weather back to the usual cloud and rain.

Everyone had long been waiting for Gomez and Devon’s best men speeches and they did not disappoint. It was clear there was some pre-speech nerves so good job for pushing through it. They finished up with quite a cool little video of the life and times of Mr N.P. Sykes and if you were unlucky enough to miss it the first time round you can watch it on youtube now. But it wasn’t just Nick who had a few skeletons get a public airing. Katy too got her fair share of embarrassing facts revealed. For example the fact she used to be a keen fan of the glockenspiel. Which I think we’re all in agreeance is a very, very, very funny thing… right?

Anyway, I hope the pictures can fill in any gaps in my perhaps not so thorough account of the events of a beautiful wedding.
